Level 3 meet split into AM and PM sessions but both aimed at those newer to competing. The AM session is for those aged 10&under, the PM session is for those aged 11 and over (age as at 15 Jun 24).

Venue is the Mercat Gait Centre at Prestonpans.

Events are:
9 yrs and younger – 25m Butterfly
10 yrs and older – 50m Butterfly
9 yrs and older – 50m Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke
9 yrs and older – 4 × 50m FS relay.
