Round 1 of 3 of a series of Level 1 meets for swimmers within SASA East District (Borders, East Lothian and Fife clubs) who have achieved the requisite times. Unlike previous years, there are CT and QTs to aim for. Accredited times are needed to enter (L2 and above) so, for the younger swimmers, gaining an EDAG time is a fantastic achievement and is something they should be working towards.
Round 1 involves the longer distance events (400m FS, 400IM, 800FS and 1500FS).
