This is a meet aimed at the more experienced swimmers (it is part of the BEST calendar so BEST swimmers are expected to attend); however, other swimmers can also enter if they wish to gain experience and times. It is not recommended for the very junior swimmers. Speak to one of the coaches if you are in doubt.

Pool: 6 lane, 25 metre pool with non-turbulent lane dividers, full electronic timing system with touch-pads and 6-lane time display board will be used.
Spectators: Spectating will be available for both sessions.
