2-day meet for those wanting to gain longer distance (200m and above) accredited times in readiness for EDAG/SNAGs.

Dates: Saturday 14th October & Sunday 15th October 2023
Venue: Xcite Bathgate Swimming Pool, Balbardie Park, Torphichen Road, Bathgate, EH48 4LA
Pool: 6 lane, 25 metre pool with non-turbulent lane dividers, full electronic timing system with touch-pads and 6-lane time display board will be used.
Spectators: Spectating will be available for both sessions.
Events: 200m all strokes

400m Individual Medley
400m Freestyle, 800m Freestyle,1500m Freestyle
Age Groups: 11-12 years, 13 years, 14 years,15 years and over, as at 15th October 2023

Time: Morning session: Warm Up 09.00– 09.50 for 10.00 Start
Afternoon session: Warm Up 13.30-14.20 for 14.30 Start
