This event is aimed at the slightly more experienced swimmers (Target or BEST) who want to gain accredited times for use either as a season benchmark or for entry to other events such as EDAGS. The event is not suitable for new swimmers.

The East District is holding a Short Course Time Trial on 30th September and 1st October 2023.
The meet is aimed at providing swimmers with an opportunity to gain entry times for events in the East District Age Group Championships (EDAGs).
All events will be swum as ‘mixed open heats’, there will be no finals.

Events are:
100m all strokes
200m all strokes
200m Individual Medley
400m Individual Medley & Freestyle

Events will be run as mixed events.
Swimmers may only enter one 400m Free, either Saturday or Sunday.
